Maker / Origin: 'Deep Run Artist', Bucks County, Pennsylvania
Medium: Tulip poplar with the original grain-painted finish. It originally had small glass knobs.
Miscellaneous: The 'Deep Run Artist' decorated a relatively large group of these chests each very similar in vibrant decoration. This is one of the finest survivors in an excellent state of preservation.
