Pennsylvania Tavern Sign
This large sign retaining much of the original paint with some earlier re-paint boasts the phrase “Liberty Commerce Agriculture” representative of the imaging on the sign.

Medium: Poplar and walnut with iron rods (one replaced).
Miscellaneous: When offered by Joe Kindig, Jr. in 1934, it was noted as having been used as a sign for the "Temperance Inn" in Fairfield, Pennsylvania. A copy of a letter from Kindig and photos of this piece when originally found remain with the sign.
